Hangover Recovery Revival

Ingredients 
  • Young coconut water -- 1 coconut (240ml)
  •  Cucumber -- ½ (150g)
  •  Small apple -- 1 (100g)
  •  Lemon -- ¼ peeled (15g)
  •  Fresh ginger -- 1 inch (15g)
  •  Honey -- 1 tsp (7g)
  •  Sea salt -- Pinch (0.5g)


Steps
  1. Extract fresh coconut water from young coconut.

     

  2. Wash cucumber and apple, core the apple.

     

  3. Juice cucumber, apple, and lemon through your cold-press juicer.

     

  4. Blend with fresh coconut water and small amount of ginger.

     

  5. Stir in honey and sea salt.

     

  6. Sip slowly and follow with plain coconut water.


Tips & Variations
  • Drink alongside fresh coconut water for additional hydration.
  •  Start with small sips if nauseous.

First thing in the morning after drinking, or anytime during hangover recovery.
