Kids' Immune Defense Fun Blend

Ingredients 
  •  Large carrots -- 2 (300g)
  •  Sweet red apple -- 1 (150g)
  •  Orange -- ½ peeled (120g)
  •  Fresh mango chunks -- ¼ cup (60g)
  •  Baby spinach -- 1 small handful (30g)
  •  Vanilla extract -- ¼ tsp (1ml)


Steps
  1. Wash all produce thoroughly and core the apple.

     

  2. Scrub carrots well (peeling optional).

     

  3. Juice carrots, apple, and orange through your cold-press juicer.

     

  4. Blend with fresh mango and spinach until smooth.

     

  5. Add vanilla extract and serve in a fun cup with a colorful straw.


Tips & Variations
  • Serve in colorful cups with crazy straws.
  •  Let kids help wash the produce.
