  •  Fresh mint leaves -- 2 (2g)


Steps
  1. Pit cherries and wash lettuce thoroughly.

     

  2. Juice lettuce and cucumber through your cold-press juicer.

     

  3. Blend the juice with cherries and banana for creaminess.

     

  4. Add fresh coconut milk and garnish with mint.

     

  5. Drink 1-2 hours before bedtime.

  •  Add ¼ tsp chamomile powder for extra relaxation.
  •  Include 1 tsp almond butter for sustained blood sugar.
