  • Almond milk: 1 cup | 4 cups
  • Chia seeds: 1 tsp | 4 tsp
  • Maple syrup (optional): 1 tsp | 4 tsp
Steps
  1. Add oats to blender, grind to powder (30 sec).
  2. Add other ingredients, blend until smooth (60 sec).
