Aeitto Membership Program Terms

Welcome to the Aeitto Membership Program! Please carefully read the following terms to learn about membership rights and entitlements.

1. Definition

This program is operated by Aeitto (hereinafter referred to as "Aeitto"). It is only applicable to the Aeitto official website (hereinafter referred to as "the website") and does not apply to third-party platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, etc. The "points" issued under this program are virtual benefits provided by the website. They do not possess any cash value and do not constitute the user's personal property.

2. Registration

You can join the Aeitto Membership Program in two ways:

1. Free registration – No purchase is required. Simply create an account to become a member.
2. Product warranty activation – Activating a product warranty will automatically enroll you in the membership program.

When you register or activate a warranty, you will be asked to provide an email address and set a password. Your email address and password will serve as your regular membership login information for accessing your Aeitto account on the website.

Example registration process: Visit the Aeitto website → Go to "Support" → Click "Register My Aeitto" → Enter your name, email address, and password → Submit. Your account will be created and automatically enrolled in the membership program.

• Enrollment in the Aeitto Membership Program is free of charge and requires no purchase.
• Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how your information will be used.
• This program is void where prohibited by law.
• Only individuals aged 13 or above may register. Corporate accounts, impersonated identities, or non-human entities are strictly prohibited from participating.
• Members are fully responsible for the security of their accounts. Any losses resulting from shared accounts or disclosure of login credentials will be borne solely by the user.
• Any form of commercial use, resale of points, or bulk account registration is strictly forbidden. Violations may result in account termination.

3. Membership Points

3.1 Standard Points

How to Get Points

• Prerequisites: To earn points for online purchases, an Aeitto account must be logged in. You can check your login status at any time by clicking "Rewards" in the bottom right corner of the website.
• From purchases: Each $1 spent grants 1 point.

Limitations

Points will not be granted in the following situations:

• The portion of the payment made using coupons or gift cards.
• Orders that are returned, rejected, or canceled.

The system includes anti-fraud mechanisms (such as IP and device monitoring). If any suspicious activity is detected, the website reserves the right to deduct related points and restrict account activity accordingly.

3.2 Event Points

The Aeitto website hosts promotional events from time to time. These events can grant Event Points, which are different from standard Aeitto points in terms of how they can be obtained and used. The specific rules will be listed on the corresponding event page. Please make sure to carefully read these rules and be fully aware of all related entitlements.

4. How to Redeem Points

100 points = $1 off. You may redeem points for discount coupons. Per order, the maximum discount is 10% of the order subtotal (excluding shipping).

Coupons are autogenerated and become void after use. They cannot be split, transferred, or exchanged for cash.

Important usage restrictions:

• Points cannot be withdrawn, transferred, combined between accounts, or exchanged for cash.
• Coupons redeemed with points have an expiration date (see Section 5). Some higher-value coupons may require a minimum purchase – please check "My Coupons" for details.
• If an order is refunded, all points earned from that order will be revoked.

5. Valid Duration

• Standard points are valid for 365 days from the date of issuance and will be automatically cleared upon expiration.
• The validity period for event points is subject to the specific rules of each event.

6. Account Termination & Banning

Account termination may be requested by contacting us at support@aeitto.com. We will process the request within 7 business days.

Accounts may be terminated or permanently banned by the website, depending on the severity of the violation, for the following actions:

• Fraudulent transactions or forged orders.
• Illegal transfer or sale of membership points.
• Bulk registrations or technical manipulation/cheating.
• Abuse of activity rules.

All points in a terminated or banned account will be immediately invalidated and will not be restored.

7. Disclaimer and Program Modifications

7.1 Website Rights

The website reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program without prior notice; however, users will be informed 30 days in advance via an announcement on the official website. In the event of erroneous point issuance due to system errors, the website has the right to make corrections and bears no legal liability.

7.2 User Responsibilities

In cases of force majeure (e.g., system failure, server interruption) that result in point loss, the website's maximum compensation shall be limited to the user's average point balance over the past 30 days.

8. Appealing

For any objections regarding point earning, usage, or account actions, the account owner may submit an appeal within 7 days by contacting us and providing supporting evidence via the customer service email. We will review and respond to the appeal within 15 business days of receiving the request.
