Ingredients 
  • 1 cup chopped kale (destemmed)
  • ½ cup pineapple chunks (fresh or thawed frozen)
  • 1 small cucumber
  • ½ green apple
  • ½ lemon (peeled)


Steps
  1. Wash all produce.
  2. Chop kale and cucumber for easier juicing.
  3. Juice in this order: kale → cucumber → apple → pineapple → lemon.
  4. Stir and serve immediately.
