Steps
  1. Wash all produce gently and core the pear.

     

  2. Juice lettuce, cucumber, carrot, and lemon.

     

  3. Blend with pear for easier digestion.

     

  4. Stir in coconut oil for healthy fats.

     

  5. Serve at room temperature for comfort.
