Protein-Packed Pea Power Juice

Ingredients 
  • 1 small Granny Smith apple
  • 1 cup kale (stems removed)
  • ½ medium cucumber
  • ½ lemon (peeled)
  • 1 scoop (approximately 20 g) pea protein powder (to be stirred in post-juicing)


Steps
  1. Wash all produce thoroughly. Core the apples, de-stem the kale, and peel the lemon.
  2. Dice the apple, cucumber, and lemon into chunks compatible with your slow juicer.
  3. Feed all ingredients through your juicer.
  4. Pour the juice into a shaker or a large glass and add the pea protein powder. Mix well until fully dissolved (or whisk vigorously by hand).
