Energy Booster Morning Kickstart

Ingredients 
  • Large carrots -- 3 (450g)
  •  Red bell pepper -- 1 (150g)
  •  Medium beet -- 1 (100g)
  •  Orange -- ½ peeled (120g)
  •  Fresh ginger -- 1 inch (15g)
  •  Spirulina powder -- ¼ tsp (1g)


Steps
  1. Scrub carrots and beet well (peeling optional for organic).

     

  2. Remove bell pepper seeds and stem.

     

  3. Cold-press carrots and beet first for maximum juice.

     

  4. Add bell pepper, orange, and ginger.

     

  5. Stir in spirulina powder before serving.


Tips & Variations
  • Add 1 tsp maca powder for extra adrenal support.
  • Include ½ apple for more natural sweetness.


Best Time to Drink
